Młyn Mazurki limited liability company has signed Agreement No. FEPW.01.02-IP.01-0357/24-00 with the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development for co-financing a project under the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 program. Priority I. Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Measure 1.2 Automation and robotization in SMEs, titled: "Automation of packaging, weighing and palletizing processes in the mill through the implementation of modern production systems as part of the digital transformation at Młyn Mazurki limited liability company.".

Project goal

Automation of key production processes in the mill, such as packaging, weighing and palletizing, by implementing modern technologies as part of the company's digital transformation towards Industry 4.0.

Target groups

Recipients of Młyn Mazurki sp. z o. o. products, contractors of Młyn Mazurki sp. z o. o., employees of Młyn Mazurki sp. z o. o., local community.

Activities carried out as part of the project

Purchase and implementation of fixed assets, intangible assets and consulting services resulting directly from the "Roadmap for transformation towards Industry 4.0", i.e.:

  • consulting services related to the preparation of the "Roadmap for transformation towards Industry 4.0,
  • purchase and installation of a packaging machine,
  • purchase and installation of an automatic dosing scale.
  • Installation of a palletizing system (robot arm). – SCADA system implementation and PLC control modernization, including: mill line control system, SCADA software, MES software.
  • implementation of a platform integrating modules.
