Privacy Policy and Personal Data Management

The privacy policy describes how we process information about you, including personal data and cookies.

This policy applies to the website operating at the URL: www.mlynmazurki.pl.

The website operator and personal data controller is Młyn Mazurki Sp. z o. o., with its registered office at Mazurki 2c, 16-300 Augustów, entered into the National Court Register under the number 0000991044, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 8461671400, National Business Registry Number (REGON) 523060193. The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) because the scope of personal data processing does not require the appointment of a DPO in accordance with Article 37 of the GDPR. Any questions regarding personal data processing should be directed to the above email address.

The website uses personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

  • Maintaining a newsletter – user consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR);
  • Handling inquiries via the form – performance of the contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR);
  • Fulfillment of orders – performance of the contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR);
  • Analysis of statistics – legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
  • Conducting marketing activities – user consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR).

The website performs the functions of obtaining information about users in the following way:

  • through data entered voluntarily in forms;
  • by saving cookies on end devices.

Contact form

The Administrator provides the ability to contact him using an electronic contact form. Using the form requires the provision of Personal Data necessary to contact the User and respond to the inquiry. The User may also provide other data to facilitate contact or process the inquiry. Providing data marked as mandatory is required to accept and process the inquiry, while failure to provide this data will result in the inability to process the inquiry. Providing the remaining data is voluntary.

Newsletter

As part of our website, we offer the option to subscribe to a newsletter, which allows us to regularly send you information about new products, special offers, events, and other news related to our activities. To subscribe, you must provide the following personal data:

 Name and surname (optional or mandatory)

Data processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter will be stored until the user withdraws consent. After withdrawal, the data will be immediately deleted. Every user has the right to withdraw their consent to receive the newsletter at any time:

Data protection methods

  • The areas where you log in and enter your personal data are protected by an SSL certificate.
  • Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in accordance with current standards (e.g. AES-256).
  • The operator changes administrative passwords periodically (every 90 days) in accordance with strong password policies.
  • Data is backed up regularly.
  • All software components are regularly updated to minimize threats.
  • Access to personal data is limited to authorized persons only.
  • Security audits and periodic reviews of procedures are performed

Hosting

The website is hosted on the operator's servers: home.pl.

The hosting company maintains technical logs that may include:

  • resource URLs,
  • time of arrival and sending of the response,
  • name of the client station,
  • information about HTTP transaction errors,
  • IP address and user browser data.

Logs are retained for up to 12 months to ensure service reliability. They are used solely for administrative purposes and are not combined with other user data. A data processing agreement has been concluded with the hosting company.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access to your personal data;
  • rectification, deletion or restriction of data processing;
  • data transfer;
  • withdraw consent to data processing at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal);
  • object to the processing of data based on the legitimate interest of the controller.

In the event of a breach of personal data protection regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
