Do flours from Mill Mazurki contain any technological additives or improvers?
No. Our flours are pure milled grains – without enzymes, ascorbic acid (E300), L-cysteine (E920), acidity regulators (E270, E330), or any other additives. This means no substances that enhance flavor, texture, shelf life, or volume.
What does the phrase “Natural Perfection” on flour packaging mean?
This slogan reflects the production method – simple, mechanical milling without chemical interference or artificial additives. Our flours meet the criteria for a natural product, in accordance with the guidelines of the National Centre for Food and Agriculture (NCEZ) and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
What does it mean that flour is “fine-ground”?
This means we obtain it solely from crushed grain—without adding any vitamins, minerals, fiber, enhancers, or preservatives. Just the grain—nothing else.
Do Młyn Mazurki flours have quality certificates?

What is "kraft flour"?
Artisanal, pure-ground flour— just grain, zero additives paper or cardboard FSC®, manufactured to quality standards. It's simplicity and transparency without compromise.
What is "eco packaging"?
Our boxes are FSC® certified, confirming they come from responsible sources. They are recyclable and contain no laminates, dyes, or plastics. We don't use terms like "biodegradable" or "zero waste" to avoid misleading customers.
Why do you write on the packaging that the product "does not contain substances commonly used..."?
We want our customers to know exactly what they're buying. This provision emphasizes the transparency of the ingredients – the absence of substances typically used in industrial bakery production.
Why don't you use additives if they improve the quality of baked goods?
Because we believe that good flour doesn't need any additives. Our flours are made from the highest quality grains and are designed for traditional baking—at home and in artisan settings.
Is Młyn Mazurki flour suitable for people with intolerances or allergies?
Our flour is additive-free, but it does contain gluten—like all wheat and rye flour. We recommend avoiding our products for those with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
Are Młyn Mazurki flours ecological or bio?
We don't have an "eco" or "bio" certificate. However, production is environmentally friendly, chemical-free, and follows clean milling principles. This is flour as it used to be—without compromise.
